Units conducts their business independently from each other or from center. I looked like that units are franchise branch of the central company. Cons: Less common company culture and identity"

Former Employee - Applications Engineer says

"I worked at FlexLink full-time for more than 3 years Cons: (UK specific) Due to the individual approach of each business unit, the company is rife with poor leadership and lack of direction. The UK unit in particular is held back by old views and methods, which severely affects sales performance and potential. Poor choice in managers leads to a lack of development opportunities, and an uncaring attitude from staff. Not willing to take chances or work with new products, stick to what they know only, which leads to a lack of business. No acknowledgement of staff commitment or effort. Overall a greedy company which is more interested in getting as much money out of the customer as possible, rather than providing good customer service and create potential for repeat business."

Current Employee - Purchasing says

"I have been working at FlexLink full-time Cons: High turnover of people Lack of managers Lack of responsibility or delegation of responsibilities No communication from management regarding strategy and vision for the company Great uncertainty of where the company is heading, and what processes you are to follow Lots of rumours and gossip Unequal treatment"

Former Employee - Applications Support Engineer says

"I worked at FlexLink full-time for more than a year Cons: Total lack of any real growth over last 15 years I’ve been told. Massive culture of overcharging and ripping off customers due to poor sales. The Vile and toxic atmosphere seems to rife within the company unhappy workforce which has got worse lately. All mainly generated by the present management team .who sit too comfortable on large salaries. A Parent company that doesn’t seem to listen care or do anything."

Current Employee - Senior Applications Engineer says

"I have been working at FlexLink full-time for more than 10 years Cons: - Often the training sessions (if any) are too generic/broad when they should be more specific. - Managers seem unprepared to manage people and procedures."

says

"I have been working at FlexLink Cons: FlexLink is part of a large $1B + year holding company; Coesia which is privately owned by a single individual. All profits from all of the companies under Coesia go to support this persons philanthropy efforts. Sounds great however when business slows down FlexLink upper management has a pattern of eliminating positions to save money. Shouldn't charity start at home (work) with the hard working folks at the company?"

Current Employee - Project Engineer says

"I have been working at FlexLink full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Changes by Coesia mother company."
